The ideal candidate is highly motivated, creative and practical, with outstanding writing, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-profile single plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage-hour class actions, and pre-litigation matters.
• Respond to administrative charges and conduct internal investigations.
• Counsel clients on a wide variety of employment issues and manage complex cases.
• Take and defend depositions, appear in court, argue motions and participate in mediations.
