Job summary

UW Medicine's UW Medical Center - Northwest seeks a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist Lead for the first shift. You will guide staff, coordinate modality operations, set priorities, train peers, and perform lead technologist duties across modalities such as ultrasound, MRI, CT, and more.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology; mammography ARRT if leads.
• At least 6–12 months leadership or supervisory experience in a radiology setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates daily work assignments for department staff.
• Assists with scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Monitors workflow and prioritizes tasks to maintain efficiency.
• Prepares patients and conducts diagnostic exams for assigned modalities.
• Ensures equipment, rooms, and supplies are ready and stocked.
