Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Active admission to practice law in Washington or eligibility for admission.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from acquisition through disposition.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Advise clients on commercial real estate investments and development projects.
• Conduct due diligence reviews involving title, survey, and contracts.
• Collaborate with lenders, investors, developers, and business stakeholders.
