Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years CNC programming experience (including Mastercam).
• Ability to set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, speeds and feeds.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain archives.

Responsibilities

• Use Mastercam to program CNC parts for 3-axis and 5-axis mills.
• Create optimized tool paths and machining strategies.
• Simulate NC files and verify programs before production.
• Prepare setup sheets and work instructions for operators.
• Support machine setup and operation with technical guidance.
• Manage programming workload to meet production schedules.
• Develop programming standards and best practices.
