Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Field Service Professional to perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance on a range of industrial equipment at Home Depot stores and customer facilities within a reasonable radius of Seattle.

You will diagnose, repair and test equipment, document work using our tech platform, manage parts, and maintain safety standards while delivering excellent customer service to store teams and external clients.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 10 miles of Seattle, WA.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license for your employment state.
• At least 1 year of troubleshooting and repair on industrial equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical schematics.
• Willing to obtain EPA 608 certification for refrigerant removal.
• Must reside within 15-20 miles of the target city.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive customer satisfaction.
• Ability to document work performed clearly.

Responsibilities

• 30% Administrative and Communication - document work, manage parts, stock replenishment, and communicate with partners.
• 10% Compliance and Safety - follow safety rules, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain standards.
• 60% Repair and Maintenance - diagnose, repair, and test equipment, perform preventive maintenance, provide frontline customer service.
