Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Seating Application Technician to upholster final aircraft seats. You will fabricate, assemble, and install seat upholstery per technical data, ensuring FAA/EASA compliance and quality.

Under limited supervision, you will apply seating, inspect materials, manage tool usage, and collaborate with the team to support final installation on new aircraft seats.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years related experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math computations.
• Ability to use hand tools and/or other specialized equipment; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Regular attendance and willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Bond leather and synthetic materials together using different methods and adhesives.
• Apply and finish wrap materials to seat shrouds and cushions.
• Work within MRP system to maintain labor tracking and Job Card/Task sign-offs.
• Use safety equipment and comply with all safety requirements in accordance with company and government regulations and guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with management and team leads.
