The Assembly Operator is responsible for assisting and supporting coworkers and performs repetitive assembly operations to mass produce business class seating furniture The Assembly Operator must be able to work within the time constraints of the master production schedule and meet requirements dictated by the customer
High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent years of relative experience or proven mechanical aptitude may be considered in lieu of a diploma or GED
Associate Degree is preferred
1 3 years of direct experience
Extended or irregular hours may be required Must be authorized to work in the United States

Basic electrical knowledge eg switch assemblyinstallationwiring and related tools Composite fabrication including hand layup and vacuum assisted RTM
Direction with necessary guidance is provided in terms of tasks and craftsmanship and measured based upon how well tasks have been completed Receives detailed instructions as needed
Works with supervisor to execute tasks that comply with instructions or pre determined processes methods andor practices
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English both reading and verbally
