Qualifications

• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available between 3pm-10pm and flexible with shifts.
• Professional appearance and grooming required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, courteous manner.
• Process customer payments accurately (cash/credit).
• Manage to-go orders and timely fulfill inquiries.
• Provide excellent phone service and guest assistance.
• Open/close cash register and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of smallware and service area.
• Support teammates in buffet/server areas and health/safety rules.
