Job summary
Stratton Landscape Group, LLC is seeking Experienced Paver Installers in Utah County and Salt Lake County. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, benefits, and opportunities for overtime.
Paver installers will prepare and install concrete pavers, natural stone, and other hardscape materials to create driveways, patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces. Join a trusted leader in commercial paving projects.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in paver or hardscape installation
- Ability to read blueprints and layout plans is a plus
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- ICP certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and grade job sites by measuring, marking, and leveling ground
- Install various types of pavers and retaining walls according to design specifications
- Operate machinery and tools such as compactors, saws, and skid steers
- Mix and apply mortar, sand, and other base materials as required
- Maintain clean and safe work environments
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
