Job summary

Bennett Paving & Construction is seeking reliable laborers to join their asphalt paving team in Utah. Candidates should be positive, hard-working, and willing to learn, with a valid driver’s license and transportation.

Experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime paid at time and a half. Pay ranges from $18–$26 per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay and benefit options available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to work long hours including overtime.
• Training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as directed by foreman.
• Check grade for drainage.
• Assist foreman with placing and compacting asphalt material.
• Shovel and rake hot mix asphalt.
• Work long hours Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.
