DHT Group is hiring an Experienced Equipment Operator / Construction Laborer for our Reese, Michigan operation. We’re looking for dependable professionals with at least two years of verifiable construction or heavy equipment experience who take pride in working safely, working hard, and getting the job done right.

This is a hands-on position involving operating heavy equipment, performing physical labor when needed, and collaborating with an experienced crew on excavation and site development

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of verifiable heavy equipment or construction experience.
• Experience operating excavators, loaders, dozers, or similar equipment preferred.
• CDL-A preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Travel to out-of-town projects during the busy season.
• Work as part of a professional construction crew.
