Qualifications

• Active Georgia real estate license in good standing.
• Established real estate production history and experience managing client relationships and transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and real estate transaction management tools, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and provide professional real estate guidance to protect trust and support long-term opportunities.
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and referral transactions with team support for a smooth experience.
• Leverage CRM tools and team workflows to manage contacts and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team through communications and shared knowledge.
• Maintain clear communication and follow through to strengthen client satisfaction.
• Evaluate production goals and growth plans with coaching and support to build a sustainable plan.
• Discuss reduced-production or referral-based arrangements subject to terms and eligibility.
