Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating a dozer in cut paving, foundation work, and pavement paving.
• Proficiency in grading, excavation, and compaction techniques.
• Read blueprints and grade stakes accurately.
• Experience with GPS-controlled dozer operations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers for cut paving, foundation prep, and pavement paving.
• Perform rough and finish grading to spec.
• Read blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes.
• Ensure proper soil compaction prior to paving.
• Maintain equipment and perform safety checks.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations.
