The ideal candidate has experience with heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include performing grading, site prep, reading blueprints, coordinating with crews, and performing routine inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum OSHA 10 certification required.
• 2-5 years of experience operating bulldozers in heavy civil, road construction, grading, or site development.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and equipment certifications preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans, grade stakes, and site layouts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate bulldozers in support of construction, grading, and earthmoving activities.
• Perform rough and finish grading, land clearing, backfilling, and site preparation.
• Push, level, and distribute soil, rock, aggregate, and other materials per project specs.
• Read blueprints, grade stakes, site plans, and GPS machine control systems for accuracy.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-operation inspections and report safety concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, pipe crews, laborers, and other operators to complete projects.
