Job summary

3B DOZER SERVICE LLC is seeking a Dozer Equipment Operator to join our crew in Bremond, TX. You will operate bulldozers for land clearing, grading, and site preparation, using GPS guidance to meet precise specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of heavy equipment experience. Must be able to work in all weather, sit for long periods, and lift 50+ lbs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of heavy equipment operator experience.
• Experience operating bulldozers for land clearing, moving and grading.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to clear, move, and grade land according to site needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Use GPS-guided onboard systems to achieve precise earthmoving.
• Follow supervisor instructions and read GPS-guided outputs.
• Work in all weather conditions and be able to sit for long periods.
• Perform heavy manual labor including lifting 50+ lbs when needed.
