Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare entrees, appetizers, salads, desserts and specials as needed.

• Portion and arrange food on dishes; assist with buffet setups and service.
• Requisition food supplies and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with maintaining inventory and safe handling of ingredients.
