Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Seattle, WA seeks a mid-senior associate with civil litigation experience to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of practice, WA license (Oregon/Idaho a plus), and strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

You will draft and file pleadings, advise on strategies, research cases, manage discovery and court appearances, and maintain 1,800 annual billable hours with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal or private practice experience.
• Licensed to practice in WA State; Oregon/Idaho a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analysis.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal rights and strategies.
• Gather evidence and conduct research for cases.
• Prepare legal briefs and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Engage with experts and prepare them for depositions and trials.
• Prepare responses to discovery requests and defend depositions.
• Bill a minimum of 1,800 hours annually.
• Travel for depositions, hearings, and other litigation activities as needed.
