Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home support across Tennessee. Roles include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship with both full-time and part-time schedules.

Weekly pay is offered, along with opportunities for growth as the company expands. Candidates should have at least 2 years of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client's condition to the team.
