Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
- Dependable, professional and compassionate
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
- Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and supervision
- Running errands and assisting with daily routines
- Following individualized client care plans
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
