Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is hiring experienced caregivers to join a growing in-home care team. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants, offering flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay.

As a caregiver, you will provide daily living assistance, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders and companionship, while following individualized care plans and maintaining a safe home environment across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
