Flagship Restaurant Group seeks a skilled bartender to join our Des Moines locations. You will deliver attentive, knowledgeable service, crafting classic cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean, stocked bar and ensuring prompt, accurate drink delivery.

Beyond daily operation, you’ll collaborate with barbacks, servers, hosts, and management to sustain a memorable guest experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Competenze

• At least two years of bartending in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Warm, engaging host behind the bar with guest-centric hospitality.

Mansioni

• Create welcoming, knowledgeable bar service and personalized guest experiences.
• Prepare classic cocktails, signature beverages, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized bar for each shift.
