Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a bartender to provide beverage service to guests in an assigned outlet. You will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and ensure prompt, friendly service.

Responsibilities include handling liquor records, balancing sales, maintaining a clean bar, and applying alcohol regulations. Teamwork with Cocktailers, Servers and Supervisors is essential to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience of one year.
• Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages per established recipes and procedures.
• Serve beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage Servers promptly and efficiently.
• Receive, issue and keep records of liquor store and supplies.
• Balance sales in accordance with Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.
• Maintain a neat and clean bar station continually.
• Know and apply the Dram Shop Act and Bartenders' responsibilities and rights.
• Know beverage regulations.
• Work as a team with Cocktailers, Casino Utilities, Servers, Supervisors and Grand Casino Associates to ensure efficient operations.
• Work in Outlets as needed.
