Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a friendly, professional server/bartender to provide dining service to Guests in accordance with our standards.

Responsibilities include taking and serving drink orders, keeping the dining area clean, handling cash payments, and upselling menu items while delivering a welcoming guest experience. Must be prepared to work across multiple food and beverage outlets.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending or serving experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification within 2 months.
• Knowledge of Dram Shop Act and server responsibilities.
• Ability to handle cash and provide courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to guests.
• Take and fill drink orders and maintain dining area in a clean, neat condition.
• Adhere to established cash handling policies and procedures.
• Clean and reset tables, ensuring proper venue standards.
• Know venue menus and apply suggestive selling to guests.
• Restock stations with glassware, silverware, beverages, napkins and items.
• Address guest questions and direct concerns to management.
• Support other personnel with side work and opening/closing duties.
• Maintain health regulations and sanitation at all times.
