Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures seeks a bartender to provide beverage service to Guests, Cocktailers and Food Servers in an assigned outlet, ensuring efficient and prompt service for guests.

Responsibilities include mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a neat bar station, and balancing sales per policy, while adhering to beverage regulations and Dram Shop Act requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage Servers promptly and efficiently.
• Receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
• Balancing sales in compliance with Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.
• Maintaining a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
• Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and Bartenders’ responsibilities and rights under it.
• Knowledge of all beverage regulations.
• Participate as a team member with Cocktailers, Casino Utilities, Servers, and Supervisors and any pertinent Grand Casino’s Associates to ensure efficient operational standard.
• Works in Outlets as needed.
