Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs infrequently.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to read trailer information and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate computer systems with minimal direction after training.
• Knowledge of tractors and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate tractors/trailers in the yard, performing trailer moves to doors and locations.
• Back up trailers into dock locations and hook/unhook as needed.
• Maintain communication with Dispatch and Yard Coordinators via radio.
• Follow safety procedures and complete routine vehicle inspections.
• Support daily distribution center operations.
