Job summary

Morningstar Marinas, LLC is seeking an Entry level Dockhand for a seasonal role at a VA marina. You’ll engage with boaters, assist with everyday tasks on the waterfront, and help keep the marina clean, safe, and welcoming. A friendly, hands-on attitude and weekend availability are essential to deliver top-notch guest experiences.

The position offers outdoor work, a casual uniform, and opportunities to learn marine skills while being part of a motivated team in a beautiful waterside setting.

• Work with boats and boaters, learning marine skills and tricks of the trade
• Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines

Physical Demands Required:

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, and move freely throughout the property.
• Ability to climb up a ladder and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
