Job summary

Peter Millar is seeking a Seasonal Workday Functional Analyst to optimize and maintain the Workday Payroll and Benefits modules. You will collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Payroll and Benefits, the HRIS Manager, and HR teams to implement new functionality and improve business processes.

This is a seasonal 3-month role with potential to transition to full-time based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of Workday experience, strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience supporting the Workday platform.
• Experience analyzing business processes and solving complex system issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Absence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday Payroll & Benefits functional expert for configuration and optimization.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Workday issues across Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence.
• Support Open Enrollment, year-end payroll activities, and benefit plan changes through configuration and testing.
• Design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards with SOPs and operational insights.
• Backup HRIS administration, including security role maintenance and user provisioning.
