This role requires availability during peak holiday periods and weekends. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and prefer 1-3 years in retail or hospitality.

• Full knowledge of all TABC regulations that apply to the company.
• Progressive retail experience and product knowledge in wine and spirits.

Responsabilidades

• Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance to local and state laws, including identification verification and intoxication prevention.
• Assist in all aspects of store operations, with focus on cleanliness, product displays, signage, safety and customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current trends.
• Set and achieve high standards in retail execution.
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders regarding proper operations.
• Operate POS, handle payments and ensure accuracy of transactions at shift end.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and questions, including answering the store phone system.
• Ensure all financial transactions are correct and maintain change accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.
