Twin Liquors LP, a storied Texas retailer with deep roots in the Austin area, seeks a customer-focused team member to uphold exceptional service as part of its store operations. You will help customers select wines and spirits, assist with product knowledge, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment across shifts.

The role emphasizes responsible alcohol service, cash handling, and friendly, efficient service during peak periods.

• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience and to provide excellent service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members and leadership
• Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information to complete responsibilities
• Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and product knowledge
• Creativity in promoting sales, merchandising and marketing
• Ability to follow directions and initiate completion of tasks without supervision
• Problem solving in high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of all TABC regulations that apply to the company
• Progressive retail experience
• Product knowledge in wine and spirits

Mansioni

• Practice responsible alcohol service per local and state laws, including ID verification
• Assist in all store operations focusing on cleanliness, displays, signage, safety and customer service
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with product knowledge and teamwork
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current trends
• Set and achieve high standards in retail execution
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders about operations
• Operate POS, handle transactions and balance cash and credit card receipts
• Respond to customer needs and questions, including phone inquiries
• Maintain accuracy in transactions and cash handling
• Perform any other duties as assigned
