Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member for our Clearwater, FL store to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and curbside pickup, and may help with deliveries if assigned. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services while maintaining store safety and compliance with laws. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, and supporting curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, advertisements, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws and store standards.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
