Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Service Team Members in Temecula to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales by advising customers on products. You will stock, merchandise, fulfill orders, and support curbside pickup/delivery as needed.

Training on wine, spirits, and beer will enhance product knowledge and customer recommendations. You will greet customers, build relationships, and help maintain promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory and assist with freight, stocking, signage, and curbside pick-up/delivery support.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment and comply with all laws related to alcohol sales.
