Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Service Team Members at our Temecula location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by engaging with guests and advising on products. You will handle inventory, merchandising, curbside and delivery orders when required, and support store operations with a friendly, safety‑minded approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising.
• Process orders for curbside pickup and home delivery.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
