Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for our Florida store to deliver exceptional guest experiences during peak periods. You will combine product expertise with personable service to drive sales and reinforce the ALO brand mission.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team, stay informed on product launches, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks while maintaining a friendly, energized store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in client-centric sales preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
• Able to move throughout the store and assist with tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading initiatives and achieving store goals.
• Engage guests and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily and collaborate with leadership to analyze performance.
• Ensure stock flow, visual merchandising, and replenishment tasks are completed.
• Educate guests on our product, community, and culture.
• Follow store policies and assist in front and back of house procedures.
