Martin Marietta is seeking a Weighmaster to manage scale operations at Hastings/Stillwater locations. You will weigh loads, issue accurate tickets, and ensure DOT compliance in a fast-paced site.

As the primary contact for drivers, you’ll coordinate with Foremen, Loaders, and Dispatch to ensure correct material and smooth loading. Strong admin and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with weighing systems and data entry in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate scale software and produce accurate documents.
• Strong communication with drivers, dispatch, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated truck scales and capture tare/gross weights.
• Enter data into the ticketing system and produce proof documents.
• Ensure outbound loads comply with weight limits and DOT rules.
• Direct truck traffic and coordinate with yard teams for smooth flow.
• Respond to inquiries about product availability and scheduling.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly records of tonnage and sales.
