Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a seasonal worker in Rochester, MN. The role involves organizing products for orders, packing and shipping materials, and using internal inventory systems.

Schedule:

This seasonal position offers a maximum tenure of 120 days between October 2026 and January 2027. Candidates must be available to work Mondays, evenings and weekends. Average weekly schedule is 20 hours.
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effectively communicate with all associates
  • All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
