Job summary

Scheels is seeking a Seasonal Online Order & Customer Service Support role in Minnesota. This part-time position offers up to 120 days of tenure between October 2026 and January 2027, with shifts during evenings and weekends and a starting rate of $15 per hour.

As part of a culture that emphasizes ownership, you will assemble orders, prepare shipments, understand brands and inventories, and help maintain a smooth operation while delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
• One to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

This seasonal position offers a maximum tenure of 120 days between October 2026 and January 2027. Candidates must be available to work 1–2 nights per week and every other weekend, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts if desired.

Must have flexibility to work assigned shifts between 5–9 p.m. Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–9 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Sunday.

Education & Experience:

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
