UPS in Midland, Texas seeks a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, and to train and develop workgroups. The role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and cooperation while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The position provides innovative leadership and cultivates positive relationships with staff and management across the organization, ensuring continual improvement and effective coaching for employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, complying with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensures employees receive orientation, training, materials and regular evaluations.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
