Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor in Texas to lead safety, productivity and attendance initiatives. This role supervises, trains, and develops workgroups, setting high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety across the site.

You will build strong relationships with employees and management, facilitate training, manage resources for maximum output, and foster a positive, proactive team environment with coaching for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Provide orientation and coaching to department personnel.
• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
