UPS in Austin, TX seeks a Seasonal Operations Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, uphold high standards of accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication, and foster a cooperative, proactive environment.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with staff and management, coordinating training, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and optimizing resources for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and be physically capable of warehouse tasks.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
