UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance within a Texas warehouse. You will drive high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include training, enforcing safety policies, optimizing resources for maximum output, and fostering a collaborative, proactive work environment with continual improvement and development plans for staff.

Qualifikationen

• Lift up to 70 lbs as required
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days/week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent - preferred
• Management experience - preferred

Aufgaben

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local requirements.
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials and evaluations for staff.
• Ensures all safety policies are followed at all times.
