Job summary

UPS in the United States is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, and to train workgroups. The role emphasizes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.

You will develop relationships with employees, provide training, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the department. A Bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred; MS Office proficiency helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
