UPS seeks a Seasonal supervisor to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, productivity, and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United States. The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments.

The position requires managing resources, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety policies while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
