UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee safety, productivity, training, and attendance across workgroups. The role focuses on setting high standards for accuracy, organization and customer service while promoting a collaborative, safety-conscious culture.

The successful candidate will lead through coaching, manage resources for peak output, and drive continuous improvement with cross-department cooperation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and management experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
