Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor in New Jersey to lead safety, productivity and attendance. This role involves coaching teams, maintaining high standards, and coordinating with leaders across the station.

You will train staff, promote a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with safety and corporate policies while driving accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
