UPS in Hartford, CT seeks a seasonal supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. The role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and organization, while fostering strong relationships across levels.

Responsibilities include training, resource management, and proactive coaching to support professional growth and ongoing development of team members. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalence preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week and varied shifts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidate should be capable of lifting 70 lbs/32 kgs.
