Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonally employed supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will train staff, drive efficiency, and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service. You will build relationships across levels and deliver proactive coaching for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) and operate in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week with varying shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for coordination and safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and administration.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
