Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance, while developing workgroups and maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. You will foster strong relationships across employees, management, and customers and drive efficient operations.

The role requires effective leadership, commitment to safety, and the ability to coach staff toward continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements employee personal development plans as required.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
