Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonally employed supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will supervise and train teams, drive accuracy and customer service, and foster teamwork and continuous improvement across departments.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and the development of personnel with strict adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel.
