Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory, Seasonal Hourly role on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–12:00 am) in Ohio. The position focuses on supervising daily warehouse operations, training staff, and driving efficiency.

You will implement procedures to meet commitments and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and barcode scanners, and a flexible schedule including overtime and possible

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the department, focusing on warehouse associates and action plans.
• Establish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitments.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, motivate and lead team members within area of responsibility.
• Facilitate conflict resolution when needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
