Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehouse or 3PL environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the efficient daily operations of the department with an emphasis on managing warehouse associates and implementing action plans.
• Establish and maintain procedures for meeting company and customer commitments.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, motivate and lead team members within area of responsibility.
• Facilitate conflict resolution when needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
